RE: i want an rc buggy

If you were a hardcore carpet racer than I would go with the 1/8 th buggy. They have a lot of tunning options and after market support. In my opinion though 2wd stadium trucks are more of a challenge...

RE: ANYONE RUNNING 30% IN OFNA .26

I run O'Donnell 30% without any shims and a number 5 plug and it runs great. A lot of power at under 210 degrees.

RE: Carburetor Upgrade???

I had no idea the carb was $90.00, just save a few more bucks and get a new engine. I also think hypermanns idea is good too, if the engine still runs good just get a replacement carb on e-bay.

RE: Carburetor Upgrade???

I would try to see if the 21E slide carb from the O.S. .30 VG would fit ,if it does that would be the best choice. In my opinion O.S. has some of the best carbs in the business, and it would make a...

RE: O.S. .18cv-rx vs. traxxas 3.3

If you brake in the TRX 3.3 according to factory settings it will murder a O.S. CVR-X. I know because I seen both engine run in the exact same vehicle with the same tires, gearing, and pipe and...

RE: is this normal?

I am not sure if this is a common problem for this vehicle. I do not own one, but I do know that I have several nitro vehicles and they will all run to the last drop of fuel in the tank even at idle.

RE: 4-tec really hitting 70?

Schumacher's are over rated yeah you can go 80 mph but you need half a mile to do it. I am talking over 80 mph in 250 feet or less.

RE: 4-tec really hitting 70?

And in case if you are wondering you can tell if an engine has been modified without taking the case apart, and with no visible signs on the block(the modifiers initials or trade mark).

RE: 4-tec really hitting 70?

Yeah they are, trust me boys down here do not claim, they only state facts. The only way you will here someone say they have a 80mph Jato is if they have used more than one radar gun to confirm it.

RE: question about trx 3.3 engine

Like I said I have seen all versions of the O.S. .18 running in front of me, and I have seen both the TRX 2.5 and TRX 3.3 run and there really is no difference in power between a O.S. .18 and a TRX...

RE: question about trx 3.3 engine

pull start or shaft start is the only way to, the ammount of modification it would take to make the TRX 3.3 fit might actualy affect the structural integrity of the truck when it is under load.

RE: question about trx 3.3 engine

RE: Need Help!

No matter how rich an engine is unless it is realy cold outside a nitro engine will not smoke at idle, only once you hit the throttle.

RE: bigger spur?

Try stock gearing first then try the different spur. There is absolutely no reason for you to run a 58 tooth spur, maybe a 18 tooth clutch bell but if you put a 58 tooth spur a nd a smaller that...

RE: HELP WITH T-MAXX 2.5R GEARING
