mrassm, what do you think of Align's 4 cell charger? It's around $50 and has a built in balancer.

mrassm, Thanks! I have a pair of tail motors, I'll just go ahead and replace this one. It's easier than picking up broken parts :D I do have the dual tail from micro heli, haven't installed it yet....

I have 3 battery packs...I install the remaining packs, and if it still performs the same, I know it's not the packs. So far I've changed main motors and the problem goes away.

The manual states 12 degrees...but in my experience, that's too much load for the stock motor. Rotor speed drops noticeabley at full throttle, even the first couple of minutes into the flight. 8~9...

I've used the E-Flite charger with the E-Flite Li-Po packs without any issues until today....Did everything as usual, checked back and noticed the red & green lights were blinking....

Glad to hear your problem was solved too wsdepa! Mine had 25 flights when I changed motors....I noticed the lack of performance around flight 20, so about 5 hours is what I got from my stock motor....

I replaced the motor today and went flying. Just a beautiful day, fairly calm and perfect for flying. The new motor solved the problem. I don't fly hard, just simple flying around and some hovering...
