RE: mvvs or os

My advice is to stay away from the Norvel and MVVS for combat. You don't want a combat engine with that type of muffler mount. Your best bet is Webra, Irvine or OS. All three are about the same. Pick...

SpecB combat

We have some new info and pics on SpecB class at the *********.com site. We have been working on it for four months now and things are coming along nicely. The planes can take a real beating.[8D]

RE: Just finished Tufflight Predator (pics)

Very good looking plane dude ! Should be pretty fast. I have had Gremlins with 30 sized engines on them and they REALLY scoot.

RE: OS Max engines- the sad demise.

Most engine troubles other than peeling are caused by simple easy to fix problems. Most pilots don't know how to find and fix them. Many pilots don't even know the correct way to tune an engine. I...

RE: OS Max engines- the sad demise.

I have had some of my OS engines peel but not all. I have 8 of the OS.FP engines and all are in great shape.
Has anyone EVER seen or heard of an OS.FP engine peeling?

RE: OS 32 F performance questions

There is no need to over turn your eninge for combat. Try a 9x6 or 9x5APC You want to turn about 17 to 17.3K RPM's Most combat plane weigh only 3 to 3.5 pounds.
