It is because of the force from the tail rotor. The tail rotor is below the plane of the main rotors so it causes a leverage effect. This is normal with all helicopters with a tail rotor located...

I would first check to make sure the flybar is able to pivot freely with the new grips. If there is any bind at all it can cause TBE.

I think there is some confusion here. A lama XRB is a lot more expensive than a Blade CX2. A Lama V3 or V4 is a lot less expensive than a CX2. You can buy 3 Lama V4's for the price of one Lama XRB....
