Correct. FCC ZKZ-MX-16-20 was some kind of error or misunderstanding. The version with the "A" at the end is the version on the market.

I never wrote this. I just wrote, that there are multiple failure possibilities in every plane, each leading to a crash. Blindly picking one, screaming "this was the reason!" and offering no proof...

Concerning the myth about the US Hott system having a lower output power than EU versions, I would not waste my time with hearsay information.
Why not look at the actual FCC test report?

You need a WLAN pigtail with an U.FL (IPEX) connector at the one end, and a RP-SMA connector at the other end. Somehow you have to fix this...
