Remote sensitivity with Cline?

Running a Saito 150, maybe an hour run time on it. I've got a Cline installed, and the remove needle has no sensitivity. I can go from 3 turns all the way out to 7 or 8 turns with no change in RPM....

I like this idea for my .46FX. Is this a special kind of silicone tubing? I've got a Dubro exhaust deflector on there now; only about 3-4 inches long; may be contributing to an overheat condition....
