8x8 Slow Fly Prop (will change to 10x? for maiden)

What size carbon rod should I order with my PC-9? Also, coming from an Ultrafly Cessna 182, I would like a different hinge setup...any recomendations on alternative hinges to use on the control...

Where can I get the motor? What is the part number or designation? the only one on tower is the replacement for the gear drive version. Thanks!

I got another 3 flights in yesterday afternoon. I have landing down like a pro! Cut the throttle....slow..flare...down and roll! I was sooooo tempted to try a loop...but decided against it...

Just got 5 flights on the Cessna this morning. Wind picked up..and for a while I was fine. Then the wind made it do a barrel roll and I decided after landing it that it was too windy. It was a fun...

hey Jakjr....no flights for me either. I am in the same state as you :)......the wind has been kicking lately! I only have 2 flights on my bird....and on top of the refrigerator it sits :(

Thanks for the help! I got them mounted up and two problems. 1. Tracking is off and 2. it wants to fly extreme left no matter what I do. Something is not right.

I have a GWS Dragonfly II that I have been flying without any problems on the stock blades. I purchased a set of flat blades from helihobby...got them mounted up and.....nothing. Head speed is good...

Wow...you are creative! In the instruction manual it states the wooden block is 10x10x100. I assume that is in mm. what would that equate to in inches? I am going to go to the hobbyshop tomorrow...

OK....fixed it. I used a piece of wood block. Cut out the foam and epoxied the wood block in (light balsa). I then drilled and tapped the wood and placed 2 plastic wing fasteners from the Hobby...

I got my servos mounted in my Ultrafly Cessna 182, charged up the Lipo and was ready to take it to the park. I mounted the wing for the first time just to ensure it was lined up properly....wing...

The lipoly pack I am using is considerably smaller than a stock pack...so I need to know where to put the battery...without going too far back or forward. Thanks for the help

Picked up an Electrifly Triton tonight and made a PC Power Supply into a 12V Converter for the Triton per instructions found here. Charged up my GWS Dragonfly..what a difference a charger makes! ...

Alright...I bought the following:

E-Flight 30 Amp ESC
4 Hitec hs-55 Servos
1 Lipoly 11.1v 1320mah battery
1 hitec feather 4 ch receiver

All i need now is a 3 - cell lipoly charger
