YES you wanna use loctite on any screw that goes into metal and espeacially the engine:D
as far as the clutch bell make sure you have it were it spins freely(using shims if neede) and then yes put...

oh yea i can afford itr im not the one thats complains about races being to expensive and you can only afford to goto revs every weekend you dont go anywhere else thats why you only did like 2 best...

well not to close you shouldnt have to shim the ring gear and pinion right away there suppose to be some play in it when you put it in the case:D
