RE: Mini-boat?

I think aquacraft makes a bathtub boat like the one you describe. There's a review of it on the mainpage somewhere.

RE: NEW TO BOATING , I HAVE QUESTIONS

Another good idea would be to talk to some of the neighbours. Gas and Nitro can make quite a bit of noise, so you don't want to make a bad first impression in your new area by making all sorts of...

RE: Drive mechanism for an oar powered boat

Looks awsome. Like the idea of actually using the oars for the drive, rather than just for the look.

Don't think you'll have too much trouble running it the way you planned. You might end up...

RE: Somthing weired 2 convert 2 radio controaled

RE: sailwinch or arm options?

I run the Hitec HS645 I think. Generally good, but still a little underpowered for a stiffer breeze. Go bigger than that, expecially if you're running 4.8V.

RE: Rescue with a RC heliBarge

Heh, cool video. Too bad it didn't go better for your friend on his first test run.

I'm in Burnaby myself, so Como Lake is only about 20 minutes or so from where I am. I'm usually boating in...

RE: Torpedo idea!!

There's these mini CO2 canisters we use at work for our whipped cream. Called a Sparkwhip charger. It's a small stainless steel tank, about 2 inches long, shaped like a torpedo. If you could rig a...

RE: Lost my lake

Definately move to Canada. I can think of no less than a dozen spots within a 30 minute drive of me for R/C boating. A few of these places aren't near any residential whatso-ever, or are permitting...
