After reading Access' response I agree. Are you ready to fry your expensive LIPOs just to save a little time?

RE: Ice Charger

Ok just the math:

Duratrax Ice specs: 1C max for lipo, 8A max therefore 8000maH max.

Batteries in parallel means add the capacity 2x4000maH = 8000maH. Note!!!!!!! Batteries must be the...

Get the factory team edition and then follow the hop-ups here: http://www.competitionx.com/Support/Sup1.html

Also get the RPM front bumper, it's wider that stock and will protect the front...

RE: What the hell is that noise?????

With the clutchbell on the motor and the motor in your hand, spin the clutchbell. It should spin freely. As stated earlier if you have any drag, its usually the ends of the springs sticking out and...

RE: What the hell is that noise?????

With the engine off, push the truck around, do you feel any binding or hear the grinding? Next, I'd pull the engine off and spin the clutchbell to see if the shoes are dragging. If it's fine it's...

RE: 8ight EPA setting

Pull your air filter off so you can see the slider in the carb. ( obviously without the engine running). What you are adjusting is how far the throttle opens up. Your goal is you only want it to open...

RE: RTR 8ight throttle servo poll

Design flaw- no. Operator Error-maybe. It's more of a factory assembly error and the operator not finding it. 2/3 ppl who buy a RTR take it for face value (ready to run) and never bother to check if...

RE: Clutch set up

The "logic" behind different shoes and springs is that the plastic/carbon shoe with the lighter spring will engage first, then the aluminum ones with the heavier spring engage when the RPM gets a...

RE: What the hell is that noise?????

As far as the radio cutting in and out, check your transmitter batteries and your receiver antenna. If the antenna has been clipped short if any bare wire is exposed it can cause the glitching.

RE: 8ight, questions

I've had an 8ight rtr for a year. The TL427 is a beast in the 8ight RTR ...very torquey. If you haven't driven a buggy before I would recommend turning the endpoint down on the throttle to begin...

8ight B tray stiffener??

I tried the Losi tray addmendum with the two 'O' rings and a longer screw but I don't like the screw hanging out the bottom of the chassis. Will a tray stiffener do the same thing? Any...

RE: Reccomended REVO 2.5R Upgrades

The benefit of a swaybar is to improve traction (whether it be a truck or car) What it does is tie the left side wheel to right, front-front, back-back. If a wheel is kicked up by a bump,
the sway...

RE: Spektrum binding to a MRX-3000?

It binds. I keep the TX button in until it stops flashing. It makes sense it's the ESC. Since the spektrum takes a couple of seconds to establish a link with the RX the ESC goes into failsafe. What...
