RE: s9254 twitch problem on a trex 600n

Mine does the exact same thing. I just fly with it. It also seems to affect the Align cyclic servos that I'm using in the same way but it doesn't seem to affect the performance. It is bothersome,...

RE: gyro question

Try this video on HH gyro setup.

http://video.helifreak.com/?subpath=finless/hdx300&filename=tail_gyro.wmv

About half way through it deals with servo creep to one side or the other and how...

RE: Hobby king 50 nitro heli any opinions?

RC Heli Magazine did a review of this heli not too long ago and were pretty impressed. Very similar to the JR version. Recently they did a follow up article and had a few issues with the clutch...

RE: hdx 450 v3 shaking issue

I always check the servos after a crash, especially if you are using nylon gears. Even the slightest ding in one of the gears can cause all sorts of trouble. With the throttle hold on, hang on to a...

RE: education video on spektrum vs futaba radio system (brownouts/ voltage test)

I'm really glad that someone did this side by side test, it's very informative. I guess if you happen to be a label or name brand kind of guy then you will always go to the brand your comfortable...

RE: using the thunder tiger precision pitch guage

I've never used this particular pitch gauge but it looks the same as most others. Set the number of degrees desired. Slide the center (diamond shaped) over over a blade. Site through the open...

RE: Gaui 550 problems!...HELLLLP!

If you are using 2 batteries in series, you might want to check all connections. I had this happen to my TRex 500 and found one of my solder joints on my "Y" series was starting to break off. Just a...

RE: telebee gyro setup

If you want a quick setup, that wire will be plugged into the gear channel on your receiver. Next, in your initial setup menu on the DX7 set GEAR to GEAR. And now, yes you can use the GEAR switch...

RE: Twitching Raptor

I've had cyclic servos twitch from static the belt was creating. I don't know if it would affect the tail servo but it would be a good idea to dress the belt with silicone spray or WD40 to eliminate...

RE: Practicing nose in with a crash

Thanks mulikow for all the great videos. I was always told to think "Stick To It" when doing nose in. In other words when doing nose in move the cyclic in the direction the heli is moving to make...

RE: Servo Twitching

I appreciate the next logical suggestion from rcjpth. I disconnected the 401 and spooled up without blades . . . still the same problem but I noticed that the new belt was making a loud groaning...

RE: Servo Twitching

THE LATEST

I swapped RX from my Trex into the HDX and the same glitching occurred. Moved the RX out of the HDX into the Trex and works flawlessly. It's NOT the RX!

Could the stock HDX...

RE: Servo Twitching

I fly both and often. The Trex is running just fine. Only difference is the Align 430L motor and it has HS55's for cyclic. The HDX has been flying great also until this recent crash. The crash...

RE: Servo Twitching

Oh, by the way, I did talk to Horizon and the tech suggested going with an AR6000E with the DX7 TX if it turns out to be an RX problem. If there's a problem with compatibility I'm sure he would have...

RE: Servo Twitching

What the heck!!@#%* I am really frustrated now. I thought it was the servos, replaced with new and replaced again after LHS exchanged them. I still have the twitching problem. I've had these...

RE: Servo Twitching

2.4G Spektrum, yes the RX is an AR6000 with a DX7 TX. The only wire that touches the servo wires is the one going from the ESC to the throttle input and that's only at the RX.

I brought the...

Servo Twitching

I noticed after a recent crash and rebuild that my HS65 servos for pitch and elevator would start twitching but only when I brought up the throttle. I replaced them with new servos, but the problem...
