I just bought a Sig Spacewalker 1/3 scale and I am looking strongly at the DLE engines. I prefer to fly scale like and do not want something that will rip the wings off. I have been looking mainly at...

RE: Genesis Offshore Brushless RC Twin Hull (1045mm) from HK

Looks good, imagine even better when the porpusing issue has gone away. My first attempt at putting mine in the water lasted about 3 seconds. The 3/16 prop shaft parted ways with the flex shaft as...

RE: Genesis Offshore Brushless RC Twin Hull (1045mm) from HK

Thanks for the reply. I will probably run this 3674 on 3S for awhile, upgrade to 3/16" drive line with a X440 prop until I can find a good motor for that runs on 5S. I do have a lot of 3S lipos, so...

RE: Kadet Senior

Shd3920; Don't sweat the small stuff. When my father taught me this hobby, (he's 80 and still flies), he always told me to use the KISS method. (Keep It Simple Stupid) He seemed to like to use that...

RE: Dumas Short Stuff info?

Thanks Ron for the info. Could you possibly point me in the right direction to an on-line retailer who would carry the hardware you are referring to? (I'm totally a 'fish out of water' when it comes...

Dumas Short Stuff info?

I just purchased a fiberglass Dumas 'Short Stuff' deep vee 10 for an old OS 10 I had sitting around. The motor mount is all ready epoxied into place. (I'm just hoping it's in the right location.)...

RE: Dave Platt ME109

Just a thought, but has anyone considered 'electrifying' this bird? Perhaps an E-flite 110 or 160 on 8-10S lipos???

RE: Sig Smith Miniplane build

I'm planning on putting an E-flite 46 with a 4S lipo into one, but would like to keep the AUW under 5 lbs. To those who have built this kit, if you were going to 'electrify' this plane, where would...

RE: E-flite 450 motor question

OK...what would happen if you 'underprop' the 450.....say prop it with a 8x6 and a TP2100? I know the amps would be less, but would you hurt the 450 or just have a lousy flying plane?

RE: E-Flite Mini Pulse XT Owner's Club
