Balancing what? The prop? I bought a DLE30 for the time being I am scared to put the 40 back in a plane yet the 30 it is spinning the same prop just fine.

My engine was about on its 12th flight with a XOAR laminated 18 x 8 prop (breakin prop) turning somewhere under 8000 rpm. Oh and I was using 32:1 oil. Engine was clean on breakdown I have no pictures...

Dont do it I had that plane the 30DLE is way way too much Put it in the 180 extra 260. Notice the DLE 30 swings a 20" prop do some measuring I think the prop will be in the ground!!!

This engine is a year old bennet smoke muffler was the only thing ever done to this motor. And it did have the smashed thread screws but that didnt stop it.
