RE: KMP Military Sea Fury

Very nice.
How did your plane fly?
I am about to maiden my KMP SF this weekend. I have converted it to electric, with an Axi 5339, 90-ampESC and 10-cells of LiPo at 6000 mAh. Running a 20.5 X 15"...

RE: Electric Funtana issue

For those that asked, yes, I fixed it. I bought the small Jeti programming card and increased the timing. The instructions were pretty bad, but when I figured out I needed the high-power LiPos AND a...

RE: Electric Funtana issue

Gents:

I am having this exact same problem with the Funtana 90 electric upgrade I purchased from Hobby Lobby, except I bought the Jeti 90 Opto ESC.

I am running 10 cells of 6000 mAh (2 5s...

I've been fortunate to have been friends with Sean for the past 6 years from my days at Oracle. We became personal friends quickly and he is always a ball of energy.

RE: Stop me from Buying a 14MZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Danny:
I see you posted a link to an online manual which describes how to set up the Ultra Stick with Cros for the 9303. Seems there was still confusion after the post (12 months ago now). Did you...

RE: 9303 crow on ultra stick

I found this on another forum, but have not tried it. It is 12 months old. A JR expert named Danny created it. Hopefully yhis covers everything, but it seems some people were still confused.

RE: KMP New Spitfire Mk XIV

OK. So I make a post and all of a sudden I am at the bottom of a page with recent quotes. Got me.
Anyway, Richard, have you finished the Typhoon yet? If so, how much. I'll be in Seattle in 2 weeks...

RE: KMP New Spitfire Mk XIV

This forum has been quiet for a few months. Are the new Spit and Typhoons still coming?
Just finished my second GSP Spit (this one with a YS 140) which should be insane.
I have a new YA Griffin...

RE: CMP/GSP Spitfire

Can someone tell me where the centerline for the engine for this plane should be? The instructions are worthless (all they had to do was include a couple of dimension). I assume there are supposed to...

RE: Hangar 9 150 Size P-51

When was this plane discontinued? It is one of my favourite flyers. Gereat 'warmer upper' for the Byrons or Yellow Aircraft. That is a shame. They should stop making some of the real crap they have...

RE: MVVS & Horizon

I've had nothing but great service from Mossis Hobbies. I think this latest ploy by Horizon is just to try and take a major shot at Morris. Horizon is the Microsoft of the Hobby world.
We shall see...

RE: CMP/GSP Spitfire

I'm about to build my second GSP 71" Spit (sold the first one - big mistake). This time, I am going with an MVVS 1.60 or Mark 1.80 gasser. As Horizon just did a screw job on the other distributors...

RE: Manual for 79" Yak Corrupt, need new, Download?

I need the assembly manual for the 79" ARF. Where is it? All the pics on this CD look like they are for a Kit. Why wouldn't you just include a paper manual?

RE: Moki 2.1 or 1.8

OK. So, for the Yak 79", if I want to try gas instead of glow (seems the 160FX or Moki 2.1 is what you guys like for glow, right?), which MVVS gas would you go with? I like the MVVS 1.6, but sense it...

I built this plane and glued the main wing into the cartridge as explained, but then got sidetracked and left the cartridge in the fuse.
After the 2-hour epoxy dried, the wing...
