thanks but the FLE looks to be a bit taller than the rib, im sure its just the angle of the photo, i think i will try that

so if i understand you i sand the false leading edge down to the shape of the rib then sheet to the FLD then attach the leading edge to the sheeting as well as the false leading edge?
