9411 is only necessary when rydder servo is located aft as per manual.
The 125 is designed tailheavy so to hit the correct cg you will most propably need to brink the rudder servo fwd using a pull...

Get yourself a Perry Pump (the oscillating type) and locate the tank in front of the wingtube close to the c.g.
No need o use a HP tank. Use the stock one.

I have no experience wih the Saito setup so....
The OS setup (especially if it is the pumped version you own) with an apc 18X6W is 100% successfull.

Is weight determinental in this case? The 70U has nowhere as near the power of the 91, let alone your Saito (which is both lightweight and strong)...
