I was referring to the PROGRAMMING of the TX - not the guts nor the optional accessories. There are current, power, altitude, airspeed, stabilization etc. add-ons that work with FrSky systems also....

When I enter a mix, and I set up a + and - setting - say -10% and +10% -- is that the direction of drive of the servo from center? In other words, with that mix, does it mean that there will be a 10%...

Yeah, but that isn't the problem - if you use the knitting needle tail booms, they are SLIGHTLY smaller in diameter, and even a vise won't clamp it tight!

I just wrapped the tailboom with cellophane tape where it fits into the rear of the heli.

Nope - those blade grips have been manufactured that way from the beginning. You might have THOUGHT the hex recess was on the bottom, but I guarantee it wasn't!
