I updated windows and it works every time now. I'm not sure which one it was, there were 18 updates. I'm using a laptop and xp pro. Thanks for the help!

You could get a 12vdc to 110vac cig adapter at office depot, it is small and only costs about 30 bucks.

It does work after I run the patch. Is there a programing tech that I could talk to in english? Cpuld you send me another USB adapter to see if that helps?

Well it says 1.20-1.60. I have a YS 1.40 on my .60-.91 sized UCDO3D, I guess I'll need to take the BME 102 off of my 33% Extra to have a go at this new one!
