RE: Miss America P-51 60 Will this work?

I'm planning on doing everything I can to lighten this motor up.   Any ideas would be appreciated.   I'm too cheap to ship it off.

RE: Miss America P-51 60 Will this work?

Looks like it will fit.   It will definitely need the Pitts muffler.  Stock muff will definitely not fit.    Cut hole for velocity stack, hole for spark plug...those are the only things that...

RE: Miss America P-51 60 Will this work?

Found a few people online who have pulled it off on similar planes.    Guess I'm gonna have to go meet the P-51 tonight and introduce her to the Zenoah, see if they get along.   Have some ideas to...

Miss America P-51 60 Will this work?

I'm acquiring a Miss America P-51 through a trade. I'm pretty sure this is the NitroPlanes version, but looking between the two online, I really can't see ANYdifference between the Hangar 9 one.......

C-130 ARF... Where to find one....

Hi guys. Been doing some research and Ican't seem to find a C-130 ARFanymore. It appears ASM (used to) make one, Ican't find it anymore. I'd love to build but I just don't have the patience nor...

RE: Identifying a Cap 232

Brent, close again, but I don't have hatches on mine, and my cowl is glass, not plastic. I figured out who the original owner was today at the field, but he doesn't remember who made the kit.

RE: Identifying a Cap 232

gunneredwards, it does look a bit like yours, the part that really makes be believe it might be the same one is the ugly screwed down canopy that doesn't seem to really fit properly. It also has the...

RE: Worst ARF EVER!!! Will's Hobby. . .

FWIW: I've learned from my buddy that Nitromodels, Chinamodels or any cheap ARF in general, just throw away the hardward and the instructions, both are about as useful as a hearing aid on a blind...

RE: New Funtana 125

RE: New Funtana 125

The G20 I have was given to me by a friend who ran it in his S90. Seeing as the size is not that much different, it should run just the same. He was very satisfied with it then. I honestly want a...

RE: New Funtana 125

Those planes sound awesome, but I currently have a 1.08 Nitro and a 20cc Zenoah that need an airframe... I don't really think they have anything in my size range that will accept 20cc. MAYBE the 70"...

RE: Reliable and recommended plane????

Let me know how that plane works out for you, I've been looking around at some of the others, but they just didn't have the appeal to me. Never flown a tail dragger foamie either, so I'd be curious...

RE: Reliable and recommended plane????

Parkzone T-28 is such a fun plane.   Not 3D by any means but you can crank up the rates and change the throws and it's a ton of fun!    On top of that is one of the most stable planes I've ever...

RE: G20ei Rebuild....

Pretty sure the crank is bent at the threads to the hub. Its pretty apparent by the angle of the bend exiting the crankcase. Guy who gave it to me is pretty positive as well..... It's not really...

RE: Slimline has temporary web site

What are peoples experiences with Slimlines products? I got a muffler from them for my K&B, and the bolts were a tad too big, I had to bore out the holes to get the bolts to fit... and now I can't...

Was recently given a Zenoah G20... it was dumped in, so I've ordered a new crankshaft. Its bent a tad.

My question is, how do I seperate the hub from the crankshaft? The guy I got it from has...

RE: Advice on getting an old engine running again?

Prime the hell out of the engine by blowing through the exhaust side of your tank.... pull the plug and run it for a few seconds with your starter..... all the fuel will gush out of the top,...
