So, I installed the flushmount water p/u but its not picking up any water. I installed it on the port side rail and on the last rail closes to the rudder. I guess that rail never touches the water. I...

Can anyone show/tell me exactlywhere the best place to putthe flushmount p/u. I was wondering if they went on one of the two rails or in the center of the hull. By the wat this is on a Blackjack 26.

Does anyone know of a site were I can buy the guts of a .18, I'm thinking I might have to order through proboat themselves. What about .21 as a replacement, its $10 more. Is it worth it?

No, I have not ran the boat yet. I actually have not even recieved the boat yet, just wanted some info before it arrived. So your saying run theboat first and possibly wait to see if the piston seals...

I just won a bid on ebay for a blackjack 26, but the motor has low compression at about .38 according to the guage shown on the pictures. What can I do to fix it? Is it worth fixing or better to buy...
