Force .26 engine one way bearing

I'm having trouble finding the part # for the one way bearing on this engine. Was wondering if any of you guys knew it or had a part # from another manufacturer that would fit? Thanks

RE: HPI Wheely King or Traxxas Stampede XL ??

RC Car Action clocked the Wheely King at 11 mph. I would think that the stampede would be a better basher out of the box. Hope this helps.

RE: Took backplate off - what is this pin?

Yup, that's where it goes. The start shaft ( what the one way bearing sits on), engages it. After you get your backplate on, just kinda turn your one way by hand before reinstalling your roto-start....

RE: Engine break in - can it be broken up over a few days?

You sure can break it up. It's best to let it cool completely between runs anyway. I know what you mean about the cold. Grew up in Hyde Park and was gonna visit last weekend. Decided to postpone it...

sticking slide

I have a savage with the S25 engine. When I turn the idle speed adjustment screw, it locks up the slide on the carb. When I ease off on the screw again the slide operates normally. I seem to recall...

RE: Tire Question

The oven thing works real good. I usually use 325 and that works fine. Important point though. Turn the oven on, let it come up to temperature, TURN OVEN OFF,then put tires in, leave in for half an...

RE: Does any one have the Kyosho Giga crusher RtR

Remember that the rtr is a single engine. I have the dual engine giga, and it's a blast. Built well, fast, strong. However, it is a big, heavy truck. I really think the performance of the single...

RE: steel spur..?

tron, if you are melting spurs it's probably due to clutch slippage, producing heat, melting your gears. I've had a few different engines in my truck, some pretty strong, and haven't had a problem...

RE: Heat Cycle Break In

It's kind of a misnomer when they say to leave the piston at BDC. What is really important is that it's not left at TDC. I've broken in alot of engines this way. Half a turn of the flywheel past the...

RE: screw cut w/o dremal

Only thing I can think of to try is a piece of hacksaw blade held with vise grips.

RE: savage in sand?

Sand tends to stick to the lube and is pretty abrasive, so bearings and such things take a little more abuse. Sure is fun though. I just tear the truck down and clean it well, and it seems to work...

RE: MAD FORCE (WHERE IS THE LOVE??)

Yeah, they can be run in front. They're identical, just made from steel. Part #'s are IF-21 and IF-106. After replacing the front a couple of times, I switched to steel, no problems since.

RE: MAD FORCE (WHERE IS THE LOVE??)

WAD, My Mad Force is pretty much stock too. Why, cause those guys engineered it right. I have about a dozen nitros, most having to be modified to get them to run how I want. I agree with Collector,...

RE: exhaust deflector

The medium or large should both work. Another thing to consider, you can make your own deflector for about $1. Just go to your local hardware store and pick up about a foot of 3/8 fuel or brake hose...

RE: ok tuners...diagnose this one

Coolpixer, generally speaking, if you are running at say half throttle then accelerate to full throttle and the engine dies, it's usually because it is starved of fuel (too lean). Turn the highspeed...

RE: Truckzilla

Gotta agree with the above. Have had one for awhile. Runs great, alot of fun, but I think it took more effort than it should to get it that way. If I had to do it over again, I would pass. Am not...

RE: Oooooops I ripped my Imex foam - Please help me :-(

rubber cement works great to repair foam. Bonds well, is flexible, and doesn't affect balance of tire.

ambient temps?

In reading a post about breaking an engine in at 25 F, the poster was advised to cover the head with foil, a sock, etc. to keep the temps up. I seem to remember reading, on more than one occasion,...

RE: MAD FORCE PARTS? (CAN I STILL GET?)

you can also get parts from kyoshoamerica.com. Price for the parts is the same. Shipping is a little high. But at least you can get them. I don't know what Kyosho's deal is with not doing business...

RE: Truckzilla one-way bearing

The start shaft diameter of the .46 is the same as on the 21BB, which I believe is the same as the .25. Don't have the part #, but I know it fits cause I've done it.

RE: Mad Force or Twin Force?

The above is a good source for info. I have a mad force. I also have an e-maxx. I'm pretty sure that the performance of the e-maxx and twin force are similar. I don't see any way that the electric...

RE: cheaking for air leak in fuel tank

As nitro says above. It pays to immerse the tank in some water when you do the test, as it will show leaks that you might not hear.
