I don't think so. One tour (lap) of the airliner takes about 1 minute and the closing time of the gear is around 20 sec. No problem...

Everything is soo fast that nobody will be able to give a reverse rudder. The only solution would be a gyro, but I'm still not sure whether the rudder will compensate the huge power of full throotle.

Yes Mike, 29 kg is correct, and with 6 liter kero it is about 30 kg. CG is about 1/3 from the trailing edge at the center at the intersection of both wing.

No problem with this wing load. But, you need higher landing speed and longer runway.
for instance, the stall speed for my A330 is around 60-65 km/h.
