Thanks for the info Spuetz! I was thinking about installing RCV into this plane early on to preserve the cowling area. I never thought heat could be to issue here.

The best engine for Imagine

I have 4 stroke magnum .61 and Saito .72, which one will be the best choice for my pattern plane (Imagine 50 by Thunder Tiger)?

I'm just concern if Saito .56 will be underpower or not. Saito .72 will be too big and heavy for this plane. I've seen this plane fly well with .46 2 stroke but no one here have try it with .56 4...

So far all my engines seems to be running fine with Byron 15% Nitro, 16% Oil (synthetic/castor blend). However, its cause a bit dirty on OS and Magnum but Saito somehow always clean - fantastic.
