well its still CRAP!
goes for about 5 minutes in the air before the exhaust spins right round and the silicon deflector pushes up against the cowl and shuts the engine down...!
tried loctite...

turns out that my theory bout the washer is correct...the plugs sits too far into the cylinder and thus generates too much compression - the end result is more vibration. put a washer in and sat that...

ps can having to "hot" a plug cause vibration?
just discovered that the plug that was in it didnt have a washer under it...the OS engine has what looks to be a built in washer so assumed that was...

I have a brand new 3D Quest with a brand new 91OS FX on it...
the OS muffler is a multi part muffler with a bolt going right through the middle and as the engine is running in now with more flights...

they sound like good kits in about 1/4 to 1/5 scale and at a great price. of course the 3W engine is good value as well.

I have a super sportster 40 that is Red with russian stars on...but its hard to see in flight.
I had seen an article ages ago about some one with an F20 tigershark that made it look like a tiger...

I have a JR 3810 and had troubles with a battery with a short that was discharging - almost bought down the plane so decided to replace it with a new 1 and put in a 4.8V micro battery checker...but...

I built a super sportster 40 Mk1 never even tried to glue my canopy on - I went to the hobby shop and bought a pack of tiny tiny screws - sprayed the inside of the cockpit with silver engine enamel...
