Yes, based on advice on the forum and from Bill I am using a Demon Cortex Pro. Only really needs it for take off or a quick application of power, no other trim changes during flight.

Test flew the BD5 on the weekend and all went...

Test flew the BD5 on the weekend and all went well. I have changed my hinge pins from carbon to brass and mass balanced the ailerons so hopefully no flutter issues in the future.

That sucks big time , I'm a little worried now especially since its happened more than once. Might have to strip and glass the wings to give more strength.

No they don't line up but with the right size flex pipe it seems to work ok. Steve has quite a few flights on his now with no issues.
