I had the maiden voyage this weekend. It was a calm day, so my instructor and I trimmed it out and sent it flying.

not really....the one that is listed on the instructions is Horizon Hobbies

But that seems to just be a hobby sales site. It isn't really a product support site.

I like the fact that it will run both AC and DC. I can plug it in at home, or use my 12V Cell at the field (or the car battery). I don't think it is a complete charging solution like the Triton...

I am having the same problem with the Pinnacle....either I don't understand how to charge NiMh batteries for the first time, or we are collectively doing something wrong.

Any help from the pros...

I would love to profess my immense knowledge of how I adjusted the throws, but actually my instructor did it for me. :D

I am pretty sure he just moved the control arm for the wheel on the servo...

I had to adjust the nose wheel throws on my NexStar....it was WAY too sensitive for me, and even my instructor (who can fly anything) said it was pretty darn sensitive.

After that....my takeoffs...

I just moved the control rod to the closest hole. That is all it needed. I still have problems taking off due to the wind we have had lately. It likes to blow the tail around....so the wheel...

I have taken my NexStar out to the field twice. The instructor put me on the buddy box, and I did a lot of maneuvers in the air the first day. I feel like all of my sim time has paid...
