THe only issue that comes to my mind using one aileron servo is the twisting issue. Not sure how Carden Ailerons are built though...
I had A single 8611 on my rudder on my 31% Edge, about 18.5...

Well for a 4.8 battery i, and this is only me, would stop at 4.8..If i'm using it in a plane with high-drawing servos i usually stop at 5.0V, because if you are in a maneuvor that puts load on all...

You could use them, But if they are in a high vibration environment, it might do damage to the LI-POLY battery. Why not Lithium Ion? I know Fromeco sells them real cheap, and they are awesome!

Not only weight, but surface size too, 54 oz has no chance on a big elevator of an extra....sorry for your loss, but trying to cheap out on servos doesn't work on bigger planes.

I had a .46, airleak through the front bearing. Sent it back and in two weeks i had a new one. Broke it in, and boy i love it!

Definatley Realflight for learning how to fly. I use Aerofly for the "3D Stuff." Realflight is extremeley realistic though. FMS doesn't feel "real." If you are going to get a Simulator, don't waste...
