To equal a 70N/15lb turbine you need the double in the EDF, 140N/30lb. No problem at 14S, but probably cheaper with turbine power!!

Larger compressor and turbine, probably same RPM. I would say there are very fiew parts that are the same due to the larger inlet, outlet etc.... Life should not matter if they made their homework.
