They aren't even good for that as mine all came in a little baggies not in the cylinders.

My DL100 and others at the field do the same thing. When ever I restart during the day I always give it two flips with the choke on and the ignition off and then when I turn the ignition on it starts...

Sounds like your low end is still tgoo lean. A bolt on carb is the Walbro SDC-80.

It is close but not exact. I print off my own templates for the DL. If you have a printer you can get the template here and just cut it out and tape it in place to drill the holes. BTW the DL is 80mm...

Yes they do. Here is the drill guide I use. Is is great, especially if you don't own a drill press as you can hand drill with this as it hold the bit straight.

Both of mine are the same. It's normal, my sensor just reaches the far edge of the magnet. Yours might be a hair more than mine but not much if it is.

No comparison. The Pennzoil burns nice and clean. Lawnboy leaves a sticky sludge all over your plane that is a bugger to clean. I order mine by the case here:

The DLE has the same exhaust mount as the DA. I haven't run them on cans though, you'll have to wait for others to chip in as well. I sure it runs fine.

It will be fine. I fly a GP Extra 330S with a DL 50. There is very little difference between the 50 and 55.

My 111 arrived today and looks pretty good. It has one small blemish (casting flaw) on the outside of one cylinder and a bit on the inside of the same cylinders exhaust port. Nothing to worry about....

I have had three 50's and one 100 and none of them were ever run. Maybe your 50 was one of so many they pull out of the line for testing? Or it could be the place you bought it from pre-runs them to...

Good eye, I think you nailed it. I can't see a curve on the left side ring to go around the pin. It looks like a vertical fracture.


Edit: I increased the brightness of my screen and I think...

Nasty. Can you see what the cause was? It almost looks like something broke off and was ingested. Either that or a bad burr on one of the ports.

My apologies, but the problem is allot of them do not, hence why buying off ebay is viewed as being more of a risk.
