Adjusting Thrust

My Feedback: (13)
Hi All,
I have the IRDT, but do not have a thrust scale. How can I confirm that the actual thrust was modified when changing the parameter HIGH, LOW and MED?
I assume it will adjust the max RPM when the throttle is 100%. What would be the RPM values for HIGH, LOW and MED?
Thanks,
Edgar
PD: I have the 2300

Hi Edgar,
You are correct that LOW/MED/HIGH reduces the max RPM at full throttle, and that looking at the max RPM is the best way for you to verify that the thrust has been reduced. Your 2300 should top out at either 120k or 123k. Reducing the max RPM setting to MED/LOW will reduce full speed RPM in 5k RPM increments.
