heres my shiny new polished LST pipe just finished stripping the paint off and polishing it with mothers alloy mag polish

Could of got it shiner if i used my dremel, but i like the more matt colour of it

ANd u can see the homemade wing mount to, its made of 5mm carbon fibre sheeting and is bolted through the body mounts to add strength

Holy Crap that's a good idea!

Where did you get the CF and how'd you cut it? Dremel?

Is that an ST-1 mount?

I was worried that leverage would snap my shock tower off, so I made a brace to go down to the chassis. So far so good. I'm using a mugen wing mount.

u dont pay much attention do you, a simple check of there site would tell u that nearly all there products are made from steel. And we have been talking about RRP spurs alot on this forum.

Hey Snaut Rocket if you can't get that carbon fiber locally you can most likely get it off ebay. There is not much you can't get off ebay I dont think they sell real aircraft tho Lol.

hey guys im looking into a new engine. Dont ask me why i just am. I'm looking at the lrp spec, mach 427 and the xtm 28 pro. the last 2 I was really looking into them because i could get them really cheap on ebay. And ive heard good things about them. I was looking at the lrp cause apperntly thats the best engine you can get for it for the price. but I havnet shimmed my diffs so im scared it will ruin my diffs. Has anybody used one of these three engines and wich one is the easiest to tune and wont be the worst on my diffs.

^ Easy answer - shim your diffs and get the LRP. If you don't want to spend that much on the engine then get either of other two engines. Whetever you do though - shim those diffs!

Drop one to two teeth on the clutch bell and you wont need to buy either! The result will be a little less top speed but I could barely tell.
