Does it die when you let off the gas? Or does it start bogging down at full throttle? We need more details of what is happening. Exactly when does it die? Does it idle good? Have you reset the carb to factory settings and retuned? What are the temps of the motor when it dies?

Those temps are way too low. You should be around 200 atleast. It's probably just a little rich. Try leaning out the high speed needs about 1/8 a turn clockwise. Take it for a high speed pass and see if the bogging gets better or goes away. It probably just needs a little tuning. Don't worry so much about the idle until you get the high speed fixed. Get that running really good then you can idle it down or up and adjust the low side for good takeoff. There is a good tuning guide floating around here. I will see if I can find the link.

It's sounds like it's running really rich and loading up on fuel. You probably notice a lot of oil/gas coming out of the exhaust. Like, if you let it idle and watch the exhaust you probably see a little spray of oil. That's OK, just means it's too rich. Your temps are also a sign it's getting too much fuel. It's not burning enough of the fuel to heat the motor up.

like some others have said it sounds as if the motor is too rich causing it to bog down. Try turning the HSN counterclockwise 1/8th turn at a time until it doesn't bog down. Make sure you still have blue smoke coming from the exhaust though.

I think you mean clockwise. You'd be richening it up more if you turn it CCW.

if your talking about the 3.3, how many tanks of fuel have you run thru it? my 3.3 ran ok for the 1st 3 tanks, then started running poor,i called traxxas, they said put a new glow plug in it,run a few tanks at med to high speeds, even if it bogs low to mid range. i did that, kept clearing out the exhaust, and after like 7 tanks, the engine started to run ok.they said it takes a good 15 tanks before it is totally broken in,it loaded up bad down ,but i still kept runnin it med to high speeds. lean the hsn ,then after thats set, start to lean the lsn. very important to install a new TRAXXAS glow plug after about 4 or 5 tanks. good luck

I had a simlar issue, I wasn't bogging down but I would stall out when I stopped - I ended up having my cluch spring go out on me, replaced it and all was good
