Stiffen up the rear suspension. Use beefier springs or thicker oil. What you're describing is completely normally, its the inertia of the chassis and body relative to the forward torque of the wheels - we call it squat. Happens in all vehicles big and small.

Heavier weight oil will not eliminate the sag in the rear it will just slow the action of the suspension. Adding pre-load to the springs you have now should help some if not try going with a stiffer spring.

That's a good idea, but not needed. The threaded shock bodies allow you to set preload on the fly. Just screw the preload bands down a little on the shock...

Be careful putting too much preload on your shocks, you will run more risk of bending or breaking shock shafts and ends. The springs put alot of load on the shock ends and shafts as they compress. When the shafts are fully extended, they are at the most valneriable spot to bend. The more preload you add, the more you raise the shafts out of the shock bodys and you increase the load with the shafts further out of the bodys. If your not too hard on your truck you probably wont have to worry too much by putting alot of preload on them.
