Default Programing 9C for two throttle servos

Anyone know how to program a Futaba 9C so that I can have two seperate throttle servos plugged into two seperate slots on the receiver and get the throttle cut and trim to work the same on both.

Also do you know a way to then mix rudder to both of them and not over run the throttle servo at full throttle or kill an engine at idle. In other words at full throttle if I give it right rudder I don't want to go any more throttle on the left engine because it's already at full throttle an if I'm at idle and I give it right rudder I want the left engine to increase but not kill the right engine.

I hate to say it but I also need all this with out using too many mixing function as it's all for a Delta with two servos per elevon and I've already used a lot of the mixes.....

Thanks.

I've followed the advice at [link=http://www.futaba-rc.com/faq/faq-9c-q511.html]the futaba 9c page[/link] but while it explains setting up twin servos for twin throttles (I've set up my Top Flite DC3 this way), as yet I haven't found any way to activate the throttle trim/cut feature - are you in the same situation?

Now we are talking my language!!!
Set the total throw of the master throttle (3) to correct travel.
Put the second throttle servo on channel 8......or whatever, but that is what I did.
Go to mix number 6 or 7 as they have an expo function.
Using the expo function, map the response of the second engine to the response of the first. If you cannot get enough throw, you can change it using the ATV'S. This really helps with throttle up. Make sure the engines are adjusted as normal for flight.
Go to the basic (aero) and aux channel. Set channel 8 (My choice) to vr-8. This allows independent idle adjustment of the second engine. Remember which one you use!!! The second engine can be adjusted for idle, but as below, the link function ties the trim tab to both channels.
Turn on link function. This attaches the trim tab to both channels.
Rudder mix on top of this.
Use mix number 1 and set rudder as master and channel 3 as slave.
Set swtch to stk- throttle
Set position to 40% or more.
Use mix number 2 and set rudder as master and channel 8 ( Or whatever, but nine) as slave.
Set switch stk- thr
Set position 40% or more. Note, this setting must match the setting in mix number 1. I used 42% for both.
The importance of the above mix is that the rudder does not command the engines to cycle up and down during taxi. This can be very dangerous. The throttle must be 40% or more for the mix to activate.
I have not messed with the kill function yet, just use the trim tab.
You will love inverted flat spins. To get out, reverse the rudder and so the thrust. Knife edge is also easier.
Good luck,
Twinman

Thanks guys, yes there's no way I've found to get the kill function and trims to work. Twin man- mixing the rudder to the throttles this way it can still over drive full throttle can't it? I guess it's not a big deal, all this is better than using a Y harness, at least this way I can use independent ATV's.

Fyi, no the throttles will not over drive. This mix does not advance the throttle affected, but retards one. Example, you are above, say 60% throttle and go full left rudder. The right engine does not advance, the left engine retards.
It is more than only independent atv's. If you follow this, you can map the throttle up to match engine response and have independent rotary knob control on one engine, and trim lever of the other, even though trim affects both.
Have not messed with the kill.......Ok too lazy, but I will look at it. Maybe better to get my 19 year old on this. Opps, time to go fly in Houston. We have contest for the first plane in the air on the 1st. Warm, so got to go.
Good Luck,
Twinman
