I'm at a loss to suggest anything else other than to maybe move this over to the Electric forums. I think you'd get more response over there and just maybe someone has run into your problem before. There's some pretty sharp folks there. If I have 4 wires, 2-White and 2-Black to connect, I'll cross 'em at least once. Maybe Twinman will chime in and move this over for you. It sounds like you have all this in your airplane.

I know it's work, but if I may suggest, take your motors, battery, ESCs and receiver out of your plane and put it on a test stand. Leave the props OFF. If you have to build a small test stand, thats OK too.. Better a little extra work now, then a broken plane later.

Then, with the elements on a test stand you can make sure the wiring is correct, and trouble-shoot it better.
