Default Edge 540

I have a question about the cowl on my 28% edge? Do I need to re-enforce the screw holes to keep them from cracking.
Some of my other cowls have cracked and I was wondering if this is a issue with my Wild Hare Edge...

I usually go to the hardware store and pick up some grommets to put in the holes. I just drill them out and push the grommet in. It takes a little work, but I don't have any problems from the vibration of the engine.

No problems, I just use small rubber washers under the metal washers and I never had any problems.....

You can also use bonded washers... rubber material bonded to
the washer. Also acts as an anti-vibration lock.

I use the Bonded washers. You can get them from Fastnal if you have one near by.
