RE: New 35% Extra 300
I looked around and I don't really have any decent photos with the DA-100. I'm working on a Giles right now with teh DA-100 and it will be pretty much the same, I will get some pics when I can.
I noticed the AR9100 also, I have one in my Extra too, works nice.

yep, swapped out the AR9000 I was using, both work great but I figured the 9100 works better with the A123s and Im a sucker for new toys.
I like cans but cant stand the weight.
The way its baffled and cutout you can touch it after a 10 minute 3d session, runs real cool.
You can reach the carb choke lever with your finger thru the muffler cutout.
Motor is mounted on a plyplate with short standoffs.

RE: New 35% Extra 300
I have installed cans, using the plywood mounts provide by Tom. After running 5 gallons all seem well, but I am concerned about the lack of air flow along the length of the cans. The mounts block airflow about half way. There are six 2"x3" openings below the cannisters where I have removed the ultracoat. The air can flow into the cowl and out the front 2 openings but there is not good air circulation behind the mounts.
