Default YS .63 Problem

Hi to all-

Another YS .63 question to you all...
My YS .63 never ran like it should, I am in Mexico City at 7,200 ft above MSL, using 20/20 and a APC 14x5n which reaches 10,800 rpm's n/p, however it hesitates in idle and if I move my plane also in idle to vertical position the engine quits, I checked everything again and again..I have good fuel presure(check valve in rigth direction), regulator valve in shalow position and low end valve I think is ok because transition presents no problem...by the way engine is in inverted position(Kyosho Magestic 1400 semi-patern plane).
Thank you for reading this....any suggestion will be appreciated.

Idle is set too lean. Close the airbleed screw 1/4 to 1/2 turn and see how it acts.
