Yeah I have a wicked fast digital servo in my 2wd buggy, ill have to look up the specs.
2WD buggy racing is hard by the way if anyone was wondering. I am going to say it is the hardest 1/10th scale class by far. I am going to keep at it and after awhile I should be awesome at it. I went today for the first time and first heat wasn't so good, then second better. They say if you want to learn how to drive, race 2wd 1/10th scale buggy.
13.5T motor in it is still a rocket. And I think I used about 1000 mah per race LOL.

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
ive heard alot of people saying that 2wd buggy is the hardest class in off-road, must be fun though, its amazing how little power those "stock" motors (or brushless equivalents) don't use, i remember sticking a 1450 pack in a friends TT-01 and crusing (stock everything and crappy traxxas XL-1 ESC which was warmer than the motor ) and running for almost 10 mins!!! it was amazing stuff, tons of torque, well, truggy motor's running but barely, odds are an LRP is headed into it ( like the jammin JPX 28 but i dunno bout my tuning skillz/do i need a racing motor, no)

I just use the following method for cutting the body...with a modeler knife, I just carefully scratch the body, and if everything go smooth, I bend the body on that...the lexan will be getting broke along those lines...[8D]

i was driving my Losi on a high-grip surface with a 5.5T novak gtb system in, i couldnt keep the front wheels on the floor, and when they were, it was understeering a lot,
When driving it on dirt, i can imagine it will understeer even more
4WD is definatly easier to drive by a long way

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
I have been offered a FF-01 for £60 from a lady at my local club,
the shell is in excellent condition, the chassis is all complete and ready-to-run, the only bad thing is, the rear body posts are bent
Do you guys think its worth the buy or not ?

I only have a 13.5T system in it, but it is more than enough for the track and I won't be upgrading for quite some time. I am looking forward to getting good at driving 2w buggy.

Man let me tell you I was understeering under power pretty bad. The track was VERY dusty so you couldn't ever go full throttle except to clear the jumps.
