i also pre-ordered mine on April 17th and didn't receive a throw meter nor did it come in a case, just a cardboard box with some foam.

yes indeed you ordered the standard CG wizard without the case.
the offer was for people who ordered "de Luxe" version.
that is why you paid less then others..

we also decided that everyone who preordered the CG Wizard gets a free Angle & Throw meter, for putting their trust in us.
this is only valid until the CG wizard is on stock
this is a little device that lets you measure the Throws in eather MM or Angle,up to 1/10th mm!
measurements can be directly seen on its build in Oled screen.
Perfect to take along with you , it works stand alone!

Everyone who PRE ordered the CG wizard "de Luxe" got a case incl Custom name label and a free A&T.
as soon those where delivered the Pre order stage was over.. (9 of may)
i am also sure that all those had a A&T inside , i packed them myself incl a small paper with a short manual.
@suhakkogi maybe it was a bit confusing and partly fault from my side , but this was only valid because everyone one else ordered the product incl the casing for 20 euros more.
there where only 3 or 4 who ordered without the case.
now if you can not live without the angle meter i can supply you one for free , but then you need to pay for the shipping costs.
i allready paid more for shipping because you declared that Korea was in the netherlands ;-)

You asked customers to take a chance by placing preorder and offering the benefit of a throw meter, not sure why you wouldn't think some customers might not be happy who preordered that didn't receiving one.

No, the products are very diferent, there is space for both out there, like Dacia and Mercedes. Both drive you around, but not the same price nor performance. Customers have the choice now.
I don't have any "proprietary" thread, never started any RCU thread for advertising our products.

I pre ordered with a case and have yet to receive anything. A UPS label was created but then cancelled so I guess you ran out before getting to mine. No worries because we have already communicated via email so I am patiently waiting for my scale system and free throw meter.

yes exactly the cases where promissed to be delivered last week , but as always they never showed up.
i made a direct order from the factory so i guess all will be send out next week.

I had a issue with shipping of my Wizard. I contacted Sandor and he rectified the problem without any issues and sent me a full refund but I still wanted the product. I received it today. All I can say it the product is fantastic, price is good and you can trust these guys 100%. Well done to a small business that assists the RC community whilst juggling other jobs and commitments.
If you need a balancer don't hesitate in getting this simple, uncomplicated device.
