change the wing on the slowstick .. i build my own .. just traced the wing on some dow blue core fan fold and cut off each end so that it was shorter 42"overall tip to tip on the wing ailerons are 1...

just finished mine

complete witn himax 2025-4600

wow!! this plane realy hauls the mail!! probably close to 60mph or faster with a 3 cell 2600mah poly quest pack and 10-8 apc prop and 4.4...

i notice your useing a poly quest 2600 pack what charger are you useing to charge the reason im asking is cause i just recieved my poly quest pack and after running it it will only charge to 1997 mah...

dow blue core foam construction.. built as i went .. flys alot like the gws formosa and i think it is lighter

great pattern style flying and verry acrobatic to boot ..slow flying is great...

gws 1180 migt pull to many amps for that pack try an 11/7 apc i was told it will pull between 12 and 15 amps
this is what i use and ive had no problems

just to give you an idea as to how strong the landing gear is now i try ed using a 10 cell a sanyo nicad pack in it not sure the weight diff but it s defiantly allot heavier and had no problem...

I had the same problem on my first slow stick only i totaly obliterated my plane as i drove it into a pile of trees that had been bull dozed and piled up in the lot i was flying in when the wings...

add strips of packing tape to both sides of the rudder and tail wing where they get glued to the aluminum rod they seem to break easy on impact,
