RE: The Pup Has Begun!

I like the red stripes you put on the edge of the fuse top. Was this paint?

Also, the insignia on the side was nice. Was this a water slide or something else?

Thanks

RE: BUSA Fokker DVII

Les,

You said you were going to use the Ernst Udet color scheme. From what I have read, noone is 100% sure if the candy stripe of his plane was red and white or black and white. Which one did...

RE: BUSA Fokker DVII

Glad to see this post get started.

I'm finishing a D8 with the GTM fabric on the fuse and I'm seriously looking at doing a D7 with GTM fabric again.

RE: WWI Covering and Paint Procedures

I've used the coverite on a Fokker D8 and was not impressed with it. It is easy to use, but does not stick to my satisfaction. I have done several test samples with different grit of sanded...

RE: Brett Green on modelling the Messerschmitt Bf.110

Nice bird!

I have a couple questions though.

What paint did you use?
Your fillets are blue. Is this microbaloons and epoxy, or something else?

Thanks

RE: Albatros D.III Build along

I really like the wood finish on your fuse.

Also, is there a Albatros kit in 1/4 scale size? I like Arizona models, but not their prices. Anyone else out there that does this?

Thanks

servos

Does anyone have any experience with Hitec servos in 35% or larger planes?

Most everyone seems to use the JR 8411 servos, or at least they are the most vocal. If this is not a new question, could...
