Fuel Filters? Like, dislike? Use, don't use? Brands? Opinions?

Should I be using them or not. Got the duratrax variety on my 1/10 off road basher and the jury's out on performance. It seems disrupt the engines delicate balance.

Hit wide open throttle today and the engine slowed down and died! I'm hoping I didn't cook it. I'm running at the same mixture settings I've used for ages.

I'd try leaning the HSN believe it or not. The HSN affects the mixture at all rpms, including idle. If you lean the HSN a little then richen the LSN you might achieve that delicate, crutial balance...

why is Redcat so inexpensive?

I've been looking at gettinga new nitro vehicle and redcat seems to be the most modestly priced stuff around. Is it inferior? Why so cheap?

My engine is a pain to start on chilly mornings; and it doesn't run consistently until a tank or two has been put through it. Then it runs great!
