All wing are around 12inch span 8.5 chord without aileron
ribs are 3d print but can be done in coro.
4mm with ribs (flute spanwise)= 140gr

I highly recommend a coro fuse because canadian gutter are weaker!
Now I have a DPS with it and the tail twist at high speed.

For the torsion just cut slot in your aileron hinge to free it a bit!!!

I made all my 4mm corofuse with flute running in the length wise!!!

Any difference in strenght???

What I'm trying to say is that I think that cardboard is not better for scale look just different in gluing and painting!!!!
