@Art91:
you´ve said that the motor stopped working, were you running stock setup?
Having two thing´s burn at the same time is strange.
Turning your esc on, does it have any light on?

ok, kindof thinkin of scrapin my track idea, hard to say what to do with plans..... kindof stinks, cause it is fun to race against my sis, but we are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO opinionated on designs... er, anyone got ideas, like KRO's design, BUT it is what we did on our LAST track, but then again, rocks were a pain in the rear...... soooo hard to decide what to do

Here are some pics of a Bug Body conversion for my 18MT. I found some hardware at home depot and put this together...I like it a lot!!! It's not a good idea to bash or race with this as it will just destroy the body and the mounts, but it looks real nice and if you just want to cruise it works great.

Good work there werfliss ! I ran a Losi bug body on my RC18 too for a little bit , I liked the fact that when the car rolled the round bug body would help it to roll back onto its wheels alot of the time .

The bug shell is for a Losi Mini Baja. I bought it from my LHS and trimmed and painted it. I had to make some body posts, but it came out pretty clean. I'm going to get another one too. One for racing and one for lookin pretty![sm=thumbup.gif]

ok, got tons of PVC for my RC track in the making, leme say, it is a ton of work to flaten out the soil for these trucks[>:], thankfuly we got a riding lawn mower to make that part a little easier, other than that, it is sheer work to scoop the soil where it needs to go.....

RE: OFFICIAL RC18MT/B/T THREAD
can you run a 7 cell pack on this chasis without any modifications? I was looking at getting my pop this truck for his bday and cheapbatterypack.com has a nice 7 cell. Their sites says it fits but the only pic I can find with a battery in it at TA's site doesnt look promising. Thanks

RE: OFFICIAL RC18MT/B/T THREAD
The GPM chassis is pretty crappy , the front end will eventually loosen up and the holes where it mounts too the carbon fiber elongate , save your money and go brushless !
