would it work to put some hardwood square stock on both sdes of the mount and bolt it to mount and fire wall as i have poorly illustrated the darker is the hardwood. stratosman your is awesome i liek the patriotic color scheme. once again thanx. -3D-

ok ill hack the wing tips. last night i bout a sig glass filled nylon mountand but a doubler on the bak side of the fire wall it should hold pretty well.
