I really thing someone should start this orginization.I just can't stop buying airplanes.The real problem is I don't want to stop.In the last two weeks I Bought a Predator 500,built it with an OS46VRDF,I bought a Sig 4*60 ARF,(for my son)fitted it with an OS91FS,Last night I picked up a Creek hobbies Katana and an OS1.60,and Desert Aircaft called and said my DA 100 will be here next week,for my 35% Edge 540t.I'm not even going to get into how many others are in the shop.I really think I need help,but don't think I want it!Does anyone else feel this way?I can't be alone!

Wow, your doing good too!! I just happened to take this pic today of most of my models, there was 2 left in the garage I didnt feel like taking outside. I need more big planes. I have a 82" Bearcat scalejob on order yet too. Next stop will be a 33% or larger aerobatic or another turbine model, not sure, maybe both:rainfro:

Hey Brian,

I had a girl I was seeing some years ago try that stunt as well.

It was her or the helicopters. Don't think she expected the response.

At least I came to my senses a few years later and stopped flying helis. I now have an even worse problem with jets...

Hey Garrett....Good for you !!!
You realize it's not the planes...it's anything that diverts our attention away from them............
Heli's to Jets !!! Good God you are a glutton for punishment. ........I still remember the look on her face when I took my planes loaded them in my truck and off I went.......I have a son soon entering collage...then Jets for me !!!
See Ya

it does seem like you have way to many projects going. how about I take that DA 100 off your hands so you can free up some time.

They give me hours of pleasure whether we're at home, or out together. They look exactly the way I want them to. They do everything that I tell them to do. They give me an incredible adrenalin rush. They NEVER talk back. And anytime I want a different one, they never complain.

"Can you compare with THAT honey?"

Default AA for everyone

You boys all have the disease. I do not know much about Model Airplanes Anonymous, but I know a group that is all that and more. As the founder of AIRCRAFT ANONYMOUS I can help. I am not biased in any way. Full scale or models, fixed wing or rotary, I can help.

Here is some Q&A about Aircraft Anonymous:
=========================================
Am I addicted to this, do I really have a problem?
If you repeatedly fly more than you intend or want to, if you get into trouble at home, you have a problem. If you spend more time than usual in your workshop or at a bench, you have a problem. If your involvement in aircraft interferes with work or family, you have a problem. However, only you can decide. No one in Aircraft Anonymous will tell you whether you are or not.

What can I do if I am worried about my overindulgence in flying?
Seek help. Aircraft Anonymous will help.

Cheech, how can you help me with my aircraft problem?
We in A.A. know what it is like to be addicted to the hobby, and to be unable to keep promises made to our family and to others. We are not professional therapists. Our only qualification for helping others to recover from over saturation in the hobby is that we have successfully helped others. Problem aviators coming to us know that recovery is possible because they see people who have done it.

How do I join A.A.?
You are an Aircraft Anonymous member if and when you say so. Just email me. The only requirement for Aircraft Anonymous membership is a desire to stop flying and building airplanes and helicopters. It requires commitment, and many of us were not very wholehearted about that when we first approached Aircraft Anonymous

How much does A.A. membership cost?
There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership. A full aircraft abatement and salvage program is in place . Just make your decision, send the email and say goodbye to your "problems" forever. We will pick up all your problems, no questions asked. No problems are too big or too small. From giant scale to 1/2A, we can help. Get rid of your problems

What advice do you give new members?
It's a simple A-B-C program. In our experience, the people who recover in Aircraft Anonymous are those who:
(a) stay away from kits, glues, composites, glow fuel, gasoline, balsa and flying fields;
(b) Get their planes to a founder, like Cheech, as soon as possible
(c) seek out the people in Aircraft Anonymous who have successfully stayed away for some time

References available. Make the call and get rid of these "problems" today!

-Cheech
