So does anyone have any experience with the Carden Cap? Everyone always talks about Carden, but no one every mentions the Cap.
Anyway, I know this is on the ARF board, but I figured you CAP fanatics might be able to shed some light on this plane.
Thanks,

Here's a pic of my very old Cap 21 from Great Planes. It's the 72" verision, with a Supertigre .90 in it. I'm in the process of replacing the engine and also want to find a good aftermarket cowl for it (this is the original wooden cowl). Still flys nice though (with a running engine!!). I built this back when I was about 14 yrs old.. my 3rd plane I ever built.. covered a lot, but didn't build too many back then... that's what dad's were for!!
This is 100% as it was when I built it. No repairs, same monokote
Pic was taken tonight

Here's a pic of my most favorite plane! This is my seven year old Kyosho Cap that originally started with Thunder Tiger 46 and later a Thunder Tiger 61. I decided to let her live as a hangar queen when my radio failed and she screamed down the runway at full throttle and eventually flipped over stopping the aerial progress. Kyosho distributed a sweet plane, most pattern like I've ever flown in sixteen years.

Hi there my name is Sean, I just purchased the exact plane you have so I dont have an answer for you in regards to the issues you are having. However I see you are using a OS 46 fx and I am curious if that is what they recommend using to get this bird off the ground? I bought this bird for 50.00 completely assembled, not a bad deal I thought. I dont have an engine or radios for it yet. If you dont mind keep in touch and let me know how it flies or any hints you can share with me and I will do the same for you.

Hi there my name is Sean, I recently bought the exact plane you have for 50 dollars. I have no engine for it or radio so I am looking for ideas and answers to get this bird off the ground. The OS 61 is treating you well it seems. What do you mean by dual elevator servos, I think I know what you did..

Here's a few pics of my Cap 232. Not sure who made it ,or anything else about it,as I picked it up at a swap meet.Planning on going with an OS 46AX for now to see how it does.
