just finished glueing my wings for my graupner piper j3 and its going to be powered with a Saito fa56 mounted invertedly , IF i can reverse the Throttle assembly to accomidate the exsisting pushrod ....unless there is a product out there to attach to the firewall hummm..... anyway lookin as closely as thease old eyes can Im not sure i can make this modification and Manuel does not address [sm=drowning.gif]this ..... any ideas Guys?

I'm not familiar with the Saito, but you could simply loop the throttle cable around the front of the engine probably. Then put some type of clamp on the motor mount to help prevent it from flexing.

I am not familiar with Saito either. Do you have the engine instructions?
The carb assembly looks sort of similar to the OS engines. On these the whole carb can be unbolted and rotated through 180 degrees. It looks like this may be possible with the Saito too.
I am not 100% sure what you are trying to acheive so this might not help!

You can reverse the carb assembly on a Saito by undoing the two screws that holds the assembly to he backplate, carefully revolving it and remounting. There is an 'O' ring in the housing of the tube you are revolving, so be careful not to damage or lose it.
