Hi, i have a Biplane with a 600 mah battery that i find very underpowered. Would i be able to replace it with a 1000 mah battery from a Hobbyzone Super Cub without any consequences i.e having to reprogram the radio, or burning out the motor etc... ? Thanks

You need to make sure the VOLTAGE is the same, that is what you are concerned with, not the capacity. Mah is how much capacity the battery has and voltage is the power. If the voltage on the packs are the same and the pack is not to heavy you will be fine.

If it's very unpowered a larger battery won't do too much. You should also look into changing the motor maybe. Along with the larger battery , new prop, and probably a new esc may be needed. This might run you a couple of $$$ so ask yourself it's worth it for that plane.
Hope this helps
